OAI provides a full range of program management services, including program conceptualization and development, establishing teaming arrangements, managing intellectual property, staffing, financial management, contracting and sub-contracting, and reporting. As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, OAI is eligible to apply for and manage many grant-funded programs that would otherwise not be open to our collaborators.
